5 electronic organs, mdf, carrier wheels
approx. 110 x 95 x 65 cm each
Vigeland Museum

NOTES: All operable areas of the organs are covered with a MDF construction. The organs are placed on their sides and placed on movable platforms. One or more of the keys are permanently fixed to produce a continuing tone when turned on.
For this exhibition the separate pieces were placed in very close proximity to plaster life-seize figurative groupings by Gustav Vigeland. The sound is comfortably present in the entire volume of the space. One has to come up close to the individual sound sources to identify them as such.

EXHIBITIONS: Norsk Skulptur Biennale, Vigeland Museum, Oslo, 2013 (Curator; Helga-Marie Nordby).
